If you have any questions or are apprehensive give us a ring or drop us an email. We understand that walking through the door is the hardest part and if we can rest your mind beforehand, all the better. We have a small FAQ that covers some of the more commonly asked questions such as, "why are grown men prancing about in skirts"!
The three clubs in the area are very closely related. Due to this we encourage our students to also train in the Barrow-in-Furness club and the Kendal club. Should these clubs be on more favourable nights or more closely goegraphically orientated please feel free to go and train there. Lakes Aikdo Barrow trains two nights per week at St Mathews Hall, Road, Barrow-in-Furness.
